MAN Truck & Bus South Africa (MTBSA) proudly announces the winners of the 2025 Dealer of the Year Awards, celebrating outstanding performance and dedication within its dealer network. This prestigious event highlights the exceptional contributions of MAN dealers in delivering superior service, innovative solutions, and unwavering commitment to drive customer satisfaction.
MTBSA has always been known for being customer centric and living their brand promise of Simplifying Business. In an industry as demanding as freight and logistics companies like MAN strive to always provide solutions for their customers. This event was aimed at celebrating and honouring the team that turn that brand promise into customer testimonies, and company ethos into lived experiences.
The Dealer of the Year Awards is held annually to awards the top-performing MAN dealers and team members across South Africa. This year’s awards gala dinner was held at The Polo Room in Sandton, Johannesburg, where industry leaders, partners, and employees gathered, united by a shared passion for moving goods and people, to celebrate the achievements of the MAN dealer network.
MAN Truck & Bus is one of Europe’s leading commercial vehicle manufacturers and transport solution providers, with an annual revenue of just under 11 billion euros (2021). The company’s product portfolio includes vans, trucks, buses/coaches and diesel and gas engines along with services related to passenger and cargo transport. The awards were presented in several categories, including:

5. Dealer of the Year
Employee of the Year:
This award recognizes an individual who is dedicated to achieving their goals while embodying the MAN values. Unlike other award categories, the winner is unanimously chosen by their peers. The 2025 award was presented to Andrew Mark.
MAN Financial Services (MFS) Dealer of the Year:
This category honours the team that ensures customers have access to the funding they need, allowing them to focus on their core business. The winner of this award is MAN Johannesburg.
Truck Sales Private Capital Dealer of the Year:
The movement of goods is integral to our economy. This category recognizes the team with the highest sales performance within MTBSA. The winner is MAN Port Shepstone.
Customer First Dealer of the Year:
This category recognizes the team that is customer-driven, consistently delivering more than what is required in service to our valued customers, with professionalism and care. while Middleburg took home the Customer First Dealer of the Year 
Dealer of the Year:
The MAN Dealer of the Year is the highest honour which can be bestowed. It’s a reflection of excellence across every category: sales, service, customer satisfaction, team culture, and financial performance. The performance across all these metrics is tracked throughout the year and crowned at the gala dinner. This year the honour of Dealer of the Year went to MAN Johannesburg.
